Leila’s Authentic Lebanese Restaurant is a heartfelt family business, lovingly named after the family’s firstborn, Leila. Inspired by a deep passion for food and an eye for detail, the restaurant offers a vibrant, authentic, and healthy taste of Lebanon—crafted by our skilled Lebanese chef.
From the moment you step inside, you’re greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality. Our cozy space is built on the values of community and connection. We proudly support local businesses, sourcing our halal-certified meat from a trusted local butcher and partnering with nearby shops that specialize in Arabic and Lebanese ingredients. Every corner of our restaurant has a personal touch—renovated by the owner himself, with the help of close friends.
For families, we’ve created a spacious and inviting children’s corner tucked away at the back of the restaurant. It’s the perfect spot for little ones to play and unwind, giving parents the chance to truly relax and enjoy their meal without feeling rushed.

From a small family eatery to a beloved destination in the heart of Budapest, our journey is rooted in passion, tradition, and heartfelt hospitality.
We’ve recently found our new home on one of the city’s most iconic pedestrian streets — Váci utca. Before this move, our cozy, family-friendly restaurant at Deák Square welcomed everyone eager to enjoy the rich, traditional flavors of the Orient. Now, in our beautiful new space, we can host over 150 guests, offering the same warm atmosphere on a much grander scale.
We’ve brought every bit of authenticity, passion, and quality with us to this improved location. Our first restaurant will always hold a special place in our hearts — it’s where we faced our first challenges, learned invaluable lessons, built our amazing team, and met customers who, over the years, became true friends.
